I have been reading online about Rebate Affiliate Marketers that work from home processing rebates for companies and get paid to do so. I am wondering if there is any validity to this and if there is, where do I go to get signed up? All of the websites I have checked out so far want to charge you money for signing up, which to me seems like a scam. Any info appreciated!

I have completely no idea how to start, and i have been going to websites for hours, for a complete guide on how to start one, but its either you have to pay, or it doesn’t give enough info. I want to become series with adsense, but i only want it to be a side job. I dont even have my own website. My email is filled with all this junk mail on how to start adsense, but gives no help at all. i am on a real tight budget, and i have to pay bills, loans… i need to know how to start my own website, domain, and adsense without spending a dollar. i am also confused with the taxes on adsense. I didnt even pay google to start adsense. please help.
