I have been thinking about getting into the credit card affiliate programs and just wanted to know who the best program is, and also some name of some forums that may speak a little about these as well.

I am interested in trying affiliate marketing. I was checking some of the product/ service websites and most of them have minimum monthly payout amount for the affiliates such as $20 or $50. This means if I do not make the equivalent of the minimum payout amount, I can never get my money?
Are there any good affiliate programs that do not have any minimum payout so that I can get what I earn within a month?
I am not good at web design but would still like to offer web design services. Do you know of any companies that offer a commission per sale for a website? I do not want to create a website and have an affiliate link, I would rather go to local businesses and see if they are interested in having a website created for them.
So basically I go to a business, see if they want a website. If they do, somehow I can refer them to a company and make a certain amount per sale.
Do you have any companies in mind?
Pls suggest the best one. Because its very tough to get credit card in India. I’ve started an online business for an American firm. But its very difficult to add my cutomers in that particular program, because of the credit card restrictions. If I started any credit card affiliate program along with that, would be beneficial to me and to my cutomers.
I am looking to start an affiliate program for my website. I was wondering if there are any affiliate programs that will just charge a % of sales instead of monthly fees. I have looked at affiliateshop.com, and commissionjunction.com; but they seem to have high monthly fees. Has anyone had success with a cheaper option?
