So basically, im trying to promote someones product, i have no idea how to do this since im a complete newbie at affiliate marketing. Anyone got some FREE tips, and FREE info on where to place my affliate links?

I am planning on joining eBay’s Partner Network and would like to know if it is possible (and in compliance with eBay’s Terms of Use) to generate affiliate links for specific auctions I would like to feature on my website. In other words, every week I would like to feature 10 auctions of Nike sneakers which are red color and being sold by New York based eBay sellers; so, my question is, could I create affiliate links for such “cherry-picked” auctions? I don’t have a web host but as an affiliate I would like to be able to disguise my clickbank url into link words or even short sentences. I don’t want my clickbank nickname to appear in the browser toolbar either. Does anyone know of a software application that can do this for me (preferably free) or will I be forced to get a web host in order to achieve my aims?

Is there some kind of max for affiliate links in a ClickBank ebook? To tell you the truth I can’t find anything on it and I have no idea how ClickBank feels about affiliate links within ebooks at all. Thanks.
