What is the minimum requirement for my site to join one of any aff programs? Does it required a shopping card or any security issue? or my rule is just redirect the customer to the merchant page to buy the product?

I have a web idea that involves me listing products along a similar theme from a variety of merchants who I would find… however most of them probably won’t have an affiliate program. Is there software I can use to make it easy for them to join my site/pay me a percentage of revenues that I lead them to?
