I am really excited about this time sensitive information on Website templates and wanted to pass it on. Many of us have heard about making money on the internet by creating websites and then allowing Google to put ads on your page, therefore giving you the chance to earn income from your site. But what paralyzes people is the aspect of HOW DO I MAKE A WEBSITE THAT WILL MAKE ME MONEY?

Well this is where templates come in. A template separates form from content freeing you to write with your virtual pen. It is like an employment application-just fill in the blanks.

But I don’t want to get ahead of the story. The internet, as we all know, is here to stay. It is how we stay in touch, be it business or communication or just for fun. Now the internets property, or “virtual real estate,” is becoming a very hot commodity.

No, it isn’t hotels or houses, its websites and these websites can produce income for their owners. But a sub-standard website just like a sub-standard house will not yield income to the owners in the rate that a first class website will. If you build a first class website it will bring you a healthy flow of long-term passive income.

But how do you build a website that will produce income? You need a few key ingredients to produce a winning site. To start you need excellent content, imaginative design and a hosting company with 24/7 support. You must build your website on a solid foundation in order for it to be successful. You could successfully send traffic to it but if you have poor content or a bad design your visitors will catch on very quickly and leave, probably never to return. And if you haven’t properly monetized (interneteze for making money) your site you are leaving money behind.

Okay, you have most likely read a lot of eBooks, bought some tutorials, or tried some software and you still aren’t getting anywhere. Well, it takes skills to set up a website. You have to know how to optimize your website for Google’s Adsense Ads and other revenue sources. But that takes a lot of time and study.

Finally, there is a system that I used that does all the hard work for you. This new website template system gives you 50 new and different “niche” templates every month. And every month there are different “niche” markets, not just remakes of the month before. A “niche” is a market within a market. Let’s say Motorcycles. Well in that market there are sub markets like helmets or insurance or clubs or jackets. If you pick one of those sub markets to build a website around, you are in a “niche” market within the broader market of motorcycles.

Along with the templates you get 250 Private Label Right articles for each “niche” website. They will provide you with unique content for your website which the search engines love. Each “niche” market templates id already set up for Google Adsense Ads so this really is a press the button way to build your virtual real estate on the internet.

The best thing about these templates is that they are easy to use for people on all levels of internet marketing. I cannot stress how easy this system is to use. If you truly want to build a virtual real estate empire on the internet this is the system to use.

Many friends that I know are not well versed in how to drive Internet traffic to their website. Some of them are not IT savvy. They had attended some Internet Guru course or learn through self taught. Because of the lack of IT foundation, thus there were many hiccups and walls that they faced.

Even some who are IT savvy might not be able to pick up the logic in the first try. They need to study for a while and then be able to pick up the logic and theory behind.

In order to drive Internet traffic to your website, there are a couple of ways to do. You can do blogging, video creating, podcast and article writing. Talking about article writing, there are a couple of pointers to include before Internet traffic can be generated.

I had included some, hope it helps.

1. You need to have a niche topic or an interesting topic

Create a topic that is interesting to others. The ideal topics are those that you are comfortable to write. Don’t write something that you are not well versed with.

2. 2  – 3 points to elaborate

Do not write a long and massive content. Elaborate 2 to 3 interesting points from your niche topic.  If you write too long, many readers will find it too long and boring. Write to an extent that the readers would like to find out more from you. And then you stop there. The readers will then be very eager to read more of your subsequent related topics.

3. Call to action to assess your website (Squeeze Page , Product Page)

Once the readers are eager to read more of your article, you inform them that the next interesting topic could be found in your website. Thus you had created a hook to the user. Readers will then access your website, if you asked them to do so.

4. Put in Interesting Bio in Resource Box

Within the resource box, provide a brief introduction of yourself. Remember the main objective: Put in your website link (squeeze page, or product page link) at the end of the article.

5. Put in or submit a few more similar topics

Once you had done the above, you are almost done. If there are many people reading your article, then search engine will pick up and ranked your article accordingly. If any of the above mentioned topics are not fulfilled, then the search engine will placed your article in a lower rank in their search.

As far as I know, you can’t insert your website link to the search engine. Good Search Engine does have a highly sophisticated searching mechanism to go round the Internet and pick up the good keywords. If your keyword is popular, the searching mechanism will lock down your website link and store in their database. Thus if your link is getting more popular, your website link will ascend to the top rank.

The Secret Movie

I am planning on having a personal website and linking many businesses and services through their affiliate programs. Has anyone ever tried this? I only expect to make a very small amount of money, but I am curious.

In this video I’ll show you how you can easily manage articles, news, video pages, blog posts and other web pages within your website. One of the most important thing when it you build a website is how easy and simple it is to manage your website.

As soon as you purchase your dedicated server, you should start looking into methods of securing it and browsing any security policies already put into place. You wouldn’t want someone to erase your pride and joy in life, so doing so is important even despite the lack of fun it may be.

Your security plan starts right away. Don’t lose any time in determining who you want to give direct access to your server, and who shouldn’t have access at all. Next determine how users of your web site will need to access your server. Allow and deny permissions to files and directories to correspond with the rights you want them to have- whether it be to read, write, modify, or execute files.

The modules on your server are an easy way to find entry if your modules aren’t updated. Modules are additions to your server that are used to increase the functionality. This could be an example of a programming language, for instance. If a patch comes out for your module, never hesitate to download it. Not doing so could seal your fate as a webmaster and as a security administrator.

Although you won’t ever run into a security concern coding in straight HTML, as soon as you turn to another language, the odds are you will face security concerns. In the right hands, every language can do something drastic and harmful if it has access to the back end of the server. An example would be with Ruby on Rails, which works closely with MySQL, which can easily be manipulated to delete an entire database in seconds.

Any services you are not using should be disabled promptly. Sometimes your server will come with ports and programs running that you not only don’t need, but won’t be monitoring as a result. Telnet is an example of a service that few have a real need for, and can be used to gain entry into a server. Find out how to change and close ports to avoid destruction that could be otherwise avoided with a few minutes of time.

If all else fails, you should always have a backup to rely on. A backup should be made periodically so that if something does happen, you always have a method of getting all of your files back. This is especially important for databases, which can easily become corrupt even without outside interference. Some servers even come with a separate storage disk solely for such recovery backups.

Closing Comments

Web hosting is a business that requires attention to detail. You can tackle your security problems by updating all your modules, cutting those you don’t use, and carefully programming your website to be free of bugs. Nothing is 100% secure, so also make use of backups in the case of an accident.
